存在のフォルム｜羊たち　／　Form of Existence -Sheep-

1本の針金を一筆書きの要領で描くワイヤードローイング作品で、「線」である二次元の作品が多次元に展開していくワイヤーアートです。

本作は展示会「存在のフォルム、生命の境界線」で発表しました。
「存在のフォルム」という言葉には、人の姿というよりも命の姿というべきか、そのような感覚を表しているつもりです。なので、カラダの全てを描かず美しいと感じるフォルムを描いています。

もう一つの「羊」作品。こちらの方が若いと感じる人がいるのが面白い。躍動してるのかな？

余談だけれども、中高生の頃に読んだ「羊をめぐる冒険」や「ダンス・ダンス・ダンス」が好きだったなぁ。あの頃感じていた自身の何者でも無い不安感を、羊に見られている感じがした。そしてどこか抜け道を教えてくれそうに思えた。抜けた先にあるモノがなんなのかは教えてくれない感じも良かった。結局自分でなんとかしないといけない。

It is a wire drawing work, in which a single wire is drawn in the manner of a single stroke. It is a wire art in which a two-dimensional work, a "line," develops into a multidimensional work.

This work was presented at the exhibition "Forms of Existence, Boundaries of Life" (2022).
I drew the form of life rather than the human figure. I did not depict the entire body, but rather forms that I feel are beautiful.

I titled this work "Into the Future. I titled it "Beyond" because it is a look into the distance.The sheep is one of the motifs that has come up often in my work. Sheep are an animal that has accompanied humans as livestock, as a symbol of wealth, or even as a metaphor for Christian believers. I am always fascinated by the sheep's gaze, which is different from that of a pet. I think they transcend the absurd and look at us humans. This is also related to my attraction to the sheep man in Haruki Murakami's novel.
