1本の針金を一筆書きの要領で描くワイヤードローイング作品で、「線」である二次元の作品が多次元に展開していくワイヤーアートです。

本作は「存在のフォルム」というシリーズ作品の一つです。命の姿を映し出すべく、美しいと感じるフォルムだけを抜き出し、作品として仕上げています。
羊は、これまでにも良く出てきたモチーフの一つです。家畜として、あるいは富の象徴として、はたまたキリスト教の信者の例えとして、人間に寄り添って来た動物。ペットとはまた違うその眼差しにいつも惹かれます。不条理なことを超越して、人間をフラットに眺めているように思えてならない。H.M.氏の小説に出てきた羊男に惹かれたのも関係してるかもしれません。

It is a wire drawing work, in which a single wire is drawn in the manner of a single stroke. It is a wire art in which a two-dimensional work, a "line," develops into a multidimensional work.

This work is one of a series of works called "Forms of Existence. In order to reflect the form of life, I extract only the forms that I find beautiful and finish them as a work of art.
Sheep are one of the motifs that have often appeared in my work. As livestock, as a symbol of wealth, or as a metaphor for Christian believers, this animal has always been close to humans. I am always fascinated by their eyes, which are different from those of pets.This is also related to my attraction to the sheep man in Haruki Murakami's novel.
