春の息

私は１本の針金に拘り一筆書きで描くワイヤードローイングアーティストです。一本のワイヤーに人や動植物を描きこむことで「生命の循環」を描いています。人の体は、分子レベルでは一年もすれば入れ替わってしまうそうです。そんな姿を写すべく、水の淀みのような身体を描いています。

本作も、そんな流動体とも言える人体をイメージし創作した意欲作です。

I am a wire artist who is obsessed with a single wire and draws with a single stroke. By drawing people, animals and plants on a single wire, I depict the “cycle of life”. The human body is said to be replaced at the molecular level within a year. In order to capture such an appearance, I drew bodies like stagnant water.

This work is also an ambitious work created with the image of the human body, which can be said to be in such a state of flux.
